Financial partners, Visa and Commerce Bank, connect every three months to evaluate what’s working, key learnings, and discuss critical adjustments to ensure business stays on course. This special meeting was a time to reflect and connect in a beautiful setting.

As the lead Event Producer, my role was to:

• Procure & contract the event space

• Curate event timelines, run of show and manage budget

• Manage all staff on-site

• Collaborate with restaurant on custom food & beverage

• Ensure prominent branding & signage was placed throughout

• Manage key elevated touches and thoughtful placements throughout the space, facilitating subtle yet key branding moments
