Dynasty Rewards Launch Party

In celebration of launching the new Onyx Elite Rewards catalog, DraftKings’ sought out to host a very exclusive & upscale event — the Dynasty Rewards Launch Party — at Marquee Nightclub in New York! As Lead Event Producer, I was responsible for overseeing the planning & execution of the event, ensuring a seamless & elevated experience from start to finish. My hands-on approach was crucial in executing the event’s vision, given the short 6-week preparation timeline, ultimately delivering a memorable and sophisticated launch celebration for all attendees!
The evening welcomed 275 people, including VIPs, influencers, and media, and featured premium vendor booths showcasing notable companies such as Therabody, Stewart Golf, Tiffany & Co., Zadok Jewelers and more. Guests had the opportunity to explore products at interactive booths, indulge in gourmet hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails, and enjoy a live performance by The Chainsmokers. Additionally, a large interactive hat personalization station proved to be a popular experience, for which I was responsible for all logistical oversight, including transportation, setup, and execution.
The event’s design featured a sleek, minimalist aesthetic with custom-curated booths, DraftKings branding throughout, and champagne greeters to create an elegant atmosphere. As an added bonus, TVs on the second floor streamed Thursday Night Football and Mets and Yankees games, offering a fun and relaxed element to balance the more formal vibe.
